Rose Lens Therapy is a private practice for women who long for real connection, with themselves and others, but feel stuck and aren't sure what's keeping them there or where to begin. The name comes from "La Vie en Rose," the idea that the way we look at our lives can change everything about how we live them.
With a background in family therapy, I don't just address the symptoms you're noticing: I help you explore where these patterns started, what's kept them going, and how they shape the way you connect with others. Understanding & tending to the roots is what lets the leaves flourish.
I classify my approach as a humanistic clinician, which means I show up as a genuine, real person (not a clinical script). That authenticity is intended to create a space that feels safe enough for you to show up authentically too. This is where the real change happens. From there, we work toward healthier relationships, greater confidence, and a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
I'm a born-and-raised Jersey girl: A loyal & proud East Coaster to my core. My education reflects that, as I received my undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey and my Masters degree from Syracuse University. When I'm not in session, you'll rarely find me without my dog (think East Coast version of Elle and Bruiser). I love to paint, bake, and chase adventure, skydiving more times than I can count.
Uplifting women has always been a deep passion of mine. I'm a proud feminist, and I'll never stop rooting for women to take up more space in the world, exactly as they are. I feel incredibly lucky my career is a reflection of my passions, values, and skills. The space we share is one I've dreamt of long before it was ever real, so each moment together is cherished.
